About The Position

This is a paid, entry-level seasonal production role designed for someone who wants real, hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment. This role is best suited for recent graduates or early-career creatives looking to build real production experience. The timeline for this role is June 1, 2026 – End of October 2026 (~5 months). The location is in-person only in Virginia Beach. Hours are a minimum of 20 hours/week, with frequent opportunities to work up to ~40 hours/week depending on production needs. This role is built for someone who wants to be fully immersed in production. Our schedule shifts based on shoots, weather, and client needs—flexibility and availability are essential.
