About The Position

The Photo/Video Production Intern will support Chip City's content and brand efforts across social media platforms during our busy spring and summer season. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create compelling visual content, capture in-store and event moments, and help maintain a consistent, on-brand presence across our channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social content and has a strong eye for what resonates in the food and lifestyle space.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Photography, Videography, Film, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — including editing, color grading, and basic motion graphics
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine understanding of what makes social content perform
  • Up to date on trends in the food, lifestyle, and creator space
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Availability to work on-site at NYC store locations and events as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship experience in content creation, social media, or brand marketing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and editing of photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Capture content at Chip City store locations and brand events throughout NYC
  • Support the development of social-first campaigns, reels, and short-form video
  • Edit and deliver content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.) and Blackmagic Design Davinci Resolve
  • Monitor trends in the food and beverage space and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Assist with content calendars, asset organization, and project tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns
