Video Producer

Broccoli AI•San Francisco, CA
•Onsite

About The Position

Broccoli 🥦 works with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors to replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that handle tasks like answering phones, booking jobs, and following up with customers. Their AI assistants are fully integrated into systems like ServiceTitan. The company started by understanding the needs of contractors and has grown to hundreds of contractors using their platform, achieving millions in ARR in their first year. They have raised over $25M from Khosla Ventures and YC. This role is for a Video Producer to act as the in-house production team, starting as a team of one. The producer will be responsible for conceiving, shooting, editing, and publishing video content, owning the entire process from start to finish. The role offers the potential for the function to grow into a small production team over time. The producer will be embedded with the team, working on both quick-turn social content and more polished long-form pieces, and will be expected to travel for on-site production. This is a hands-on, scrappy, and resourceful role for someone who wants to own the full creative pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience shooting, editing, and publishing own content (personal channel or portfolio preferred).
  • Comfortable owning and troubleshooting own gear, including audio and lighting.
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Capacity to handle a steady stream of both quick-turn and more involved projects.
  • Desire for ownership over a creative pipeline, not just a task list.
  • Willingness to work in-office five days a week for close collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, vertical video) at high volume (~10+ pieces/week).
  • Produce long-form content, including YouTube videos and podcast recording/editing, from raw footage to finished, publish-ready cuts.
  • Manage the full production pipeline, including shooting, editing, sound, and basic color/finishing, without relying on outside vendors or a larger crew.
  • Organize and maintain a media library of all raw and finished assets for easy access, reuse, and repurposing.
  • Travel to shows, events, and off-site shoots to capture content in the field.
  • Deliver finished or near-finished content to partner teams for distribution and publishing.
