About The Position

The Video & Digital Marketing Intern assists Stifel’s video and digital marketing team with corporate videos, advisor videos, and digital marketing campaigns. The role coordinates projects among financial advisors, third-party agencies, and marketing team members to help ensure projects are completed on time and in a compliant manner. The intern gathers project details, liaises with stakeholders and vendors, tracks projects, reviews campaign analytics, and assists with video shoots at Stifel headquarters.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in college with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Have completed at least one year of college.
• Have strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, display, geofencing, and retargeting.
• Be adaptable and highly organized, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects with varying importance and deadlines.
• Work well with others as a strong team player and be able to work independently.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Vimeo, YouTube, and Zoom.
• Experience with Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in video and digital marketing consultations with financial advisors and associates to gather project details, including messaging, target audience, timeline, budget, and goals.
• Act as a liaison for advisors and associates on video and digital projects by submitting projects, communicating general art or script direction to the appropriate teams, and tracking projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to identify appropriate strategies for video projects and digital campaigns based on their goals.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign analytics, assess performance, and provide recaps with recommendations.
• Assist with video shoots at Stifel headquarters.
• Attend and participate in department and team meetings as necessary.
