About The Position

1Kosmos is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive product launches, internal go-to-market enablement programs, and digital content campaigns. You will collaborate across departments and play a key role in leveraging analytics, establishing benchmarks, and bringing our identity solutions to market effectively. This is a hybrid role based out of 1Kosmos' headquarters in Iselin, NJ, with flexibility for 2-3 days in office and remote work on other days. You will work closely with the product management, marketing team, sales, and executive leadership engaged in customer and prospect discovery. We're looking for someone with B2B SaaS experience—ideally in identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise software. What matters most is understanding enterprise audiences and products that significantly impact both the teams managing them and end-users relying on them daily. A strong technical aptitude is essential, as you'll need to collaborate with product teams, solution architects, and engineers to uncover hidden value and articulate differentiated value propositions. This role is ideal if you enjoy translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, testing hypotheses with data-driven KPIs, and challenging teams to validate what's working. You understand that great content doesn't end at launch—continuous iteration and optimization drive lasting impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video production, content storytelling, or creative marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Strong portfolio of video work that shows ability to explain complex products clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience producing both short-form and long-form video content for digital channels.
  • Excellent writing, interviewing, and narrative development skills.
  • Hands-on editing experience with common video production tools.
  • Comfort working with technical subject matter and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and ownership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating content for product marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of video content for marketing, product, and brand initiatives.
  • Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into engaging stories for IT, security, and business audiences.
  • Produce a range of video assets, including product explainers, demos, customer stories, social clips, launch videos, webinars, and event content.
  • Partner with product marketing, demand generation, sales, customer success, and product teams to identify high-impact stories.
  • Own the full video production process, including concepting, scripting, storyboarding, interviewing, editing oversight, and distribution planning.
  • Develop repeatable video frameworks that support campaigns, launches, and evergreen content.
  • Create content that builds trust, highlights product value, and simplifies complex workflows in a cybersecurity context.
  • Manage feedback cycles, versioning, and asset organization to keep production efficient and scalable.
  • Track performance of video assets and use insights to improve future content.
