About The Position

AcroMat is seeking a hands-on video content producer to develop projects from idea through finished video. The role focuses primarily on video creation and storytelling, with graphic design as a supporting responsibility. The producer will help shape AcroMat’s video presence, working as an active collaborator with the Director of Marketing to develop strategy, plans, and production processes. The role may be shaped around the successful candidate’s skill set and personality. The producer will create and publish content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels, including product education, workplace safety, customer stories, demonstrations, and company expertise. Responsibilities span concept development, planning, filming, directing or appearing on camera, editing, packaging, and recommending ways to improve audience engagement, retention, and reach. The role also supports print and digital design needs and helps maintain brand consistency and an organized creative library. Success means taking topics from idea through filming and final edit, producing effective long- and short-form content, helping colleagues become more confident on camera, and establishing a repeatable video production process. Within 90 days, the producer is expected to develop a roadmap in partnership with the Director of Marketing to begin creating engaging videos that expand AcroMat’s reach and authority.
