Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of video projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and various video editing software.
Experience operating professional camera systems.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel for shoots/events, if required.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, sourcing trips, and more.
Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and various equipment during productions.
Edit engaging videos using industry-standard software, including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
Manage all aspects of video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.
Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
Capture interviews, product footage, lifestyle content, and event coverage as needed.
Stay current with video production trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
Collaborate with Wellness Advocate leaders at all levels to find how our training content can best support them in their efforts.
