About The Position

JPMorgan Wealth Management is seeking a Vice President for their Capital Markets/Solutions team. This role will serve as a key resource for advisors, focusing on listed and OTC derivatives, structured solutions, and overlays. The position involves collaborating with advisors to understand client objectives and implement OTC and options-based strategies. A significant part of the role includes providing education, thought leadership, and consultative support to drive advisor confidence and adoption of these solutions. The Vice President will also bring a structured operating mindset to the Capital Markets business, leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability. This includes managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, identifying business opportunities and challenges, and developing innovative solutions. The role requires creating business cases, project plans, and preparing executive reports and presentations for various audiences. Additionally, there is an emphasis on automating manual controls and leveraging cross-functional relationships to influence outcomes effectively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment
  • Knowledge of wealth management products brokerage and advisory
  • Proficiency in options pricing, payoff analysis, risk management, and portfolio construction.
  • Experience working directly with advisors, portfolio managers, or client-facing teams in a consultative capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge technical expertise with commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop actionable business/project plans with strong business cases
  • Outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing including the ability to articulate complex ideas simply, with extensive Powerpoint experience
  • Skilled in applying quantitative and strategic approach to complex problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and collaborate across teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and delegate, comfortable managing dynamic and complex work
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licensed
