About The Position

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to assist institutional clients including money managers, banks, insurance companies and hedge funds with their investment needs in securitized products. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience improving efficiency and regulatory compliance of front-office client review processes for financial institutions in Global Markets, including structured credit and securitized products including ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and CLOs; developing and delivering detailed reporting and dashboards using Excel and Tableau to monitor client activity, regulatory controls, and project deliverables; applying structured project management methodologies, including project planning, deliverable monitoring, issue resolution, and stakeholder governance, to maintain operational continuity and manage risk in regulatory and strategic change initiatives; ensuring project adherence to global and regional regulatory requirements, including BAFIN and Federal Reserve standards; implementing global regulatory standards, including MiFID II, by designing and applying monitoring thresholds, aligning trading activity with regulatory obligations, and strengthening control frameworks across securitized product transactions; rolling out process and control enhancements across regions through client onboarding, regulatory change initiatives, dependency resolution, and cross-functional coordination with compliance, legal, technology, and front office teams. Salary range: $210,000.00 - $328,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program. Requirements
