Requirements

At least 7-9 years of strategic communications and media advocacy experience running and winning hard-hitting legislative, contract, and/or corporate accountability campaigns.
Passionate about social justice, including workers’ rights, environmental justice, criminal justice reform, racial equity, and more.
Sharp content creation skills, from social media calendars to video scripts to op-eds.
Ability to create killer content that aligns with client and campaign strategy.
Experience using HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Manager or similar platforms.
Retain a valid driver’s license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker.

Nice To Haves

History of overseeing multimedia and/or graphic design projects with experience managing designers preferred.

Responsibilities

Conceiving and executing high-stakes communications campaigns.
Developing the strategy and creative for client campaigns, including content calendars, mailers, landing pages, social memes/graphics.
Developing talent and leading teams of writers and designers to hit deadlines, produce exceptional work, and have fun doing it.
Client relations and project management.
Designing integrated campaigns utilizing social media, online advertising, email marketing, and web design as part of integrated campaigns.
Overseeing multimedia and/or graphic design projects.
Managing designers and copywriters for web and print platforms.
