About The Position

DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to perform work across multiple areas of the Bank's IT platform and infrastructure, including analysis, development, and administration of technology solutions. The role involves supporting Apache, C#, .NET, Java and JBoss based applications, including DB2, SQL, and Sybase database platforms. Responsibilities include building automated scripts and reports using various scripting languages, supporting macro-based applications, performing software development integration and build processing, conducting application regression testing and performance benchmarking, utilizing automated testing and code quality tools, and employing Agile, build and release management tools. The position also requires engagement in risk control and management, including incident, release, and capacity management and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting Apache, C#, .NET, Java and JBoss based applications, including DB2, SQL, and Sybase database platforms
Experience building automated scripts and reports using Batch, Shell, CGI, Perl, PowerShell, VBScript, and Python scripting languages
Experience supporting macro based applications
Experience performing software development integration and build processing in Java and .NET platform
Experience performing application regression testing and performance benchmarking using Hudson, Jenkins, and JRM
Experience utilizing automated testing and code quality tools, including Cucumber, QTP, and Selenium
Experience utilizing Agile, build and release management tools, including SVN, Jenkins, Docker, and Chef
Experience engaging in risk control and management, including incident, release, and capacity management and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

Responsibilities
