Requirements

  • Achieve appropriate securities licensure and adhere to all compliance and monitoring programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assume project management responsibilities related to managing transaction advisory client engagement projects as assigned or generated. Project responsibilities may vary but generally include coordination or performing the development of valuations, offering memorandums, marketing plans, strategic & financial buyer/seller contact and qualification, site visits, due diligence information requests, client communications, transaction negotiations, communications with and between advisors, and other required or appropriate project requirements.
  • Seek opportunities with business owners to deliver Charter’s range of transaction advisory services including sell-side and buy-side engagements, capital raise or investment activities, business valuations, and advisory services related to exit planning and valuation enhancement.
  • Seek out new and maintain existing relationships with potential referral sources, and industry and community organizations.
  • Achieve appropriate securities licensure and adhere to all compliance and monitoring programs.
  • Actively participate in efforts to develop Charter’s transaction advisory and private equity investment business plans and assume execution efforts.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of appropriate Charter personnel. Assist with the professional development of junior staff, contribute to performance reviews, and participate in hiring of new personnel.
  • Document contacts and efforts utilizing the Company’s CRM data base and other reports.
  • Use and follow the prescribed Company guidelines relative to transaction project management.
  • Other reasonable business activities in support of Charter Capital Partners and its related entities.
