About The Position

The Vice President of Pacific Business Operations is a senior strategic leader responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and expanding business operations across the Pacific region. This role provides executive oversight of regional performance, revenue growth, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination. The VP ensures that programs, customer engagements, and internal initiatives are delivered with excellence and align with overall corporate goals. This position requires a highly experienced leader who brings operational expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, employees, and executive stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, regional management, or related executive roles.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations within complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong executive leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Proven success driving operational excellence and financial performance.
  • Ability to manage large teams, complex contracts, and diverse stakeholder groups.
