About The Position

The Vice President (Branch) is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic vision and planning of a branch. The Vice President assists with the day-to-day leadership and management, presenting the appropriate image to the public, and assisting with the management of short- and long-range goals of the branch. Vice Presidents oversee a variety of branches with different structures, and thus, the specific duties and responsibilities will vary. Vice Presidents assist directly with the supervision of branch-level management. A Vice President assists with the budget, fiscal management, and financial health of the branch.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of GAAP at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 10+ years of directly related or closely related experience
  • 7 - 10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
  • 7 – 10 years of Community Association experience
  • Industry Specific Certification
  • Location Specific License

  • Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight in general operations of the branch.
  • Monitor performance of overarching goals and initiatives for the branch.
  • Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at the branch level.
  • Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
  • Other duties as assigned.
