About The Position

The Workday Success Plans team is all about our customers and driving value for the customer's journey - we build and deliver services to help them drive business value from their Workday applications. The team delivers a variety of programs and services to our customers ranging from feature demonstrations, optimization assessments, through adoption planning. As the VP of WSP Product Strategy & Operations, you will lead a newly integrated organization responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday Success Plans. You will bridge the gap between product potential and current use, ensuring customers realize a full return on their investment. This executive leadership role oversees product vision, strategic roadmapping, and business operations to drive revenue growth, subscription adoption, and operational scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Product Management and/or Business Operations functions in a global SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop productized service offerings and tiered models that deliver tangible customer outcomes.
  • Strong track record of driving multi-million dollar revenue objectives, bookings, and renewal retention.
  • Experience managing complex business operations, including capacity planning, forecasting, and systems advancement (e.g., Salesforce/GTM systems).
  • 10+ years experience in SaaS across delivery, operations, and product focused roles.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models including contract structures, renewal cycles, and expansion modes.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Able to translate complex data sets into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience with value realization frameworks and outcome based servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and steward a compelling long-term vision and roadmap for WSP products that align with Workday’s strategic objectives and platform innovations
  • Drive the achievement of significant financial targets by aligning product-market fit with a strong value proposition
  • Define the global frameworks for success plan activation across customers segments and product tiers
  • Deliver insights on business and renewal performance on a regular cadence to key stakeholders
  • Lead WSP Business Operations to drive continuous efficiencies on cost of delivering services, automate workflows, implement internal AI solutions, and drive supply/demand awareness to guide delivery growth
  • Leverage performance analysis, customer behavioral data, and Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs to inform strategic roadmapping and optimize product enrichment
  • Cultivate deep partnerships across Product & Technology (P&T), Professional Services, Education, Support (TAM’s), Managing Partners, and Customer Success to ensure collective product success
  • Lead the organization in embedding "Everyday AI" tools into daily work to enhance both the employee experience and the high-quality service provided to customers.
