Commercial Strategy & Operations, Vice President
About The Position
Serve as the Commercial Business President’s senior operational and strategic partner — owning communications for the AI, cyber and business strategy agenda, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the business operates at the pace and rigor required to win in a fiercely competitive market. Translate the President's strategic intent and subtle signals into concrete, structured priorities and actionable programs for the commercial cyber leadership team — maintaining momentum and continuity across all business priorities. Lead end-to-end execution of the President's strategic agenda — managing a portfolio of high-priority initiatives across cyber service delivery, business development, talent, and commercial growth. Work with Commercial leadership to define and continuously evolve the internal AI strategy — aligning AI and advanced analytics initiatives with the President's business objectives and Booz Allen's enterprise AI agenda. Partner with cyber service line leaders, product teams, and technology partners to identify high-value AI and data opportunities across incident response, OT/IoT, cloud security, and attack surface management. Develop for the President, executive-level presentations, keynotes, and panel contributions that elevate Booz Allen’s brand as the authoritative voice on advanced commercial cyber strategy — reinforcing the company’s position in boardrooms, industry events, and regulatory forums.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in operations and strategy roles within commercial environments
- Experiencing growing and scaling commercial businesses
- Ability to translate leadership vision into a cogent strategy that is successfully operationalized
- Ability to work with corporate functions to operationalize a strategy
- Bachelor's degree
