About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Recruiter to join our COO/Operations Recruiting team. This role is located in Lake Mary. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a range of roles across business lines and functions. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team needs, culture, and long-term goals. Leverage AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy throughout the process. Partner with HR and compensation teams to lead complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness. Operate with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
  • Comfortable using AI and data-driven tools in the recruiting process, from sourcing to assessment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently
  • Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to manage priorities
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Maintains accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholders
  • Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership
