This is a leadership opportunity to build Lafayette's talent engine. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management will lead the strategy and execution of how Lafayette attracts exceptional talent, builds leadership pipelines, strengthens employee engagement, and prepares the organization for its next stage of growth. The successful candidate will inherit a solid foundation while having the opportunity to build new capabilities, modernize talent practices, and influence the employee experience across the organization.
