About The Position

Columbia Helicopters is undertaking a transformation to restore operational performance, strengthen customer confidence, and support sustainable growth. The Supply Chain organization is expected to evolve into a strategic, disciplined, and data-driven function supporting operational excellence across Air Operations and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO). The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead the end-to-end transformation of procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory control, warehousing, planning, and material readiness. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this executive will ensure material availability, improve MRO delivery performance, maximize aircraft readiness, strengthen supplier resilience, support program execution, and optimize inventory and cash utilization. The role calls for a transformation leader who can build high-performing teams, drive accountability, implement operational rigor, and develop strategic supplier partnerships in a complex aviation environment.
