As a Vice President of Strategy in Consumer & Community Banking, you will drive executive-ready communication and disciplined operating procedures that turn complex, cross-functional work into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. You will help keep leaders aligned through high-quality materials, rigorous governance routines, and closed-loop follow-through that keeps priorities moving. You’ll partner with strategy leaders and finance to strengthen controls, ensure obligations and commitments are documented and met, and provide visibility into budget, expenses, headcount trends, risks, and decision points.
