About The Position

The Vice President Strategic Growth will be a key executive responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities, market expansion strategies, and key partnerships that drive significant long-term revenue growth for Forefront. This role requires exceptional strategic planning, financial acumen, and execution skills to translate vision into quantifiable results.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, M&A, or strategic planning, preferably within the relevant industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling major growth initiatives and strategic projects.

Nice To Haves

MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive corporate growth strategies, including market entry, diversification, and new product/service offerings.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Lead the entire lifecycle of strategic transactions, including initial due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and post-merger integration planning.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and functional heads (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product) to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives.
Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decision-making and identify disruptive threats/opportunities.
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic growth, presenting regular updates to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
Serve as a key external representative for Forefront in negotiations and discussions with prospective partners, investors, and clients.
