POSITION SUMMARY: The VP/SVP is to primarily source new deals to help grow the company’s development activities and to attract and mentor junior development talent. This person will also maintain relationships with our lenders, capital partners, various jurisdictional agencies, and key stakeholders. A strong track record in opportunity sourcing (land acquisitions) and structuring transactions is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of industrial real estate market dynamics. The primary responsibility will be sourcing development opportunities throughout Dallas, TX. It is also the responsibility of the Senior Development Manager to deliver the Transwestern Experience when interacting and communicating with tenants, owners, vendors, and fellow team members.
