About The Position

We’re seeking a Vice President, Scrum Leader to join the Fund & Investor Solutions team in Pittsburgh, PA. The Scrum Leader establishes and maintains Scrum practices and facilitates understanding of Scrum theory and practice within the Scrum Team and the organization. The role removes impediments, ensures Scrum events take place, and keeps them positive, productive, and within timeboxes. It helps Teams focus on creating high-value increments, meeting the Definition of Done, and achieving daily and iteration goals. The Scrum Leader also coaches Teams in self-management and cross-functionality and guides continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team on large initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile approaches including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and Spotify.
• Knowledge and experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and translate ambiguous topics into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous technical experience is preferred.
• Preferred Agile certifications include CSM, PSM, and SAFe SSM.
