The Vice President of Sales for Chelsea Piers Connecticut is responsible for driving top line revenue growth across all business lines through a unified, strategic sales approach. This role leads the development and execution of an integrated sales strategy that aligns fitness, events, sponsorships and partnerships, and all on-site activity under a ONE TEAM philosophy, ensuring every part of the business is working together to maximize revenue and performance. The VP of Sales serves as the central revenue engine for the business, owning pipeline development, conversion, and customer lifetime value across all verticals. This role partners closely with Sports, Fitness, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment between product, pricing, demand generation, and execution. Reporting to the Executive Director, the VP of Sales is expected to operate with urgency, accountability, and a strong bias toward action, consistently identifying opportunities to drive revenue and improve performance.
