The Vice President of Sales will be a pivotal leader in shaping Cristcot’s commercial launch of its first ulcerative colitis (UC) therapy. This person will develop the commercial field strategy and lead the onboarding, management and optimization of a contract sales organization (CSO) and other commercial agency partners to ensure a successful product launch and sustained commercial performance. We are looking for a leader who understands how to build and lead the commercial field execution model, can flex resources based on how our customers can be accessed, and knows how to deliver results. This individual will serve as the company's primary commercial leader responsible for establishing strong partnerships with outsourced sales organizations, ensuring alignment with Cristcot's culture, strategic objectives, compliance standards, and commercial goals.
