Requirements

15 years of relevant functional experience overseeing multiple properties and/or brands.
Experience in the hospitality experience.
Supervising others required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the geographic scope of The Americas.
Experience in pre-opening situations.

Responsibilities

Partners with Commercial Strategy and enterprise stakeholders to drive integrated sales strategies across the Hawaii portfolio, including Hawaii Vacation Condos, to maximize top-line revenue.
Leads property and portfolio-level sales planning and execution across branded, managed, and franchise assets, with a focus on OUTRIGGER’s core owned portfolio.
Aligns sales structure, processes, incentives, and performance across key segments, including group, military/government, leisure/OEA, and weddings, while continuously optimizing strategy to support growth and revenue mix.
Drives enterprise-wide results through strong collaboration with property-level leaders and leadership of centralized sales teams, contractor networks, and GSMR teams.
