Requirements

  • 15 years of relevant functional experience overseeing multiple properties and/or brands.
  • Experience in the hospitality experience.
  • Supervising others required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the geographic scope of The Americas.
  • Experience in pre-opening situations.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Commercial Strategy and enterprise stakeholders to drive integrated sales strategies across the Hawaii portfolio, including Hawaii Vacation Condos, to maximize top-line revenue.
  • Leads property and portfolio-level sales planning and execution across branded, managed, and franchise assets, with a focus on OUTRIGGER’s core owned portfolio.
  • Aligns sales structure, processes, incentives, and performance across key segments, including group, military/government, leisure/OEA, and weddings, while continuously optimizing strategy to support growth and revenue mix.
  • Drives enterprise-wide results through strong collaboration with property-level leaders and leadership of centralized sales teams, contractor networks, and GSMR teams.
