The role involves prospecting, developing, and closing new employee benefits business, building a strong pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions to mid-market and large employer clients. The position requires collaboration with Account Management and Service teams, presenting HUB's capabilities, and representing HUB professionally in the community. Travel within the region is expected.
