About The Position

As a Product Manager on the Asset Management Product and Experience team, you will help build Service Assist, a generative AI and automation platform that consolidates client inquiries from multiple channels and helps servicing teams respond faster, more accurately, and with less risk. This is a builder-focused role: you will rapidly turn ideas into prototypes, agents, workflows, AOPs, and proofs of concept to demonstrate potential and help move capabilities into production. You will own part of the Service Assist backlog and take features from discovery through release. Working with Client Service teams, you will identify opportunities to automate or simplify inquiry handling, partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to develop and productionize successful experiments, and measure adoption and performance. You will also test AI responsibly, support adoption through demos and training materials, and share AI knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Regular hands-on use of AI coding assistants, coding agents, and modern code editors to build prototypes, automations, and tools; candidates should be prepared to demonstrate something they have built.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based AI, including applying them to business problems.
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Git/GitHub, and APIs, with the ability to read, change, and debug code and work with data to test ideas.
  • Product delivery experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in an agile environment, including backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative releases.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and moving quickly, with a preference for demonstrating working prototypes over producing long documents.
  • Ability to explain technical topics in plain language and demonstrate work to partners at all levels.
  • Ongoing interest in learning new AI tools and techniques and bringing that knowledge to the team.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services or Asset Management experience, ideally supporting Client Service, contact center, or client inquiry work.
  • Experience building agents or multi-step automations using agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol servers, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and tooling, including LLM platforms, vector databases, AI evaluation and monitoring tools, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Build Service Assist features, agents, and workflows with current AI development tools, turning user problems into working demos for testing and feedback.
  • Create and maintain AOPs and agent workflows for email triage, routing, response drafting, summarization, and case-management automation.
  • Own part of the Service Assist backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria, sequence work, and take features from discovery through release.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to hand off prototypes, accelerate delivery, and move successful experiments into production.
  • Work alongside Client Service teams to understand current inquiry-handling processes and identify opportunities to automate or simplify them.
  • Use SQL, Python, and dashboards to track adoption, response time, accuracy, and automation rates, and improve offerings based on results.
  • Build evaluation sets, run prompt and model tests, and apply controls to support accuracy, explainability, and compliance with Risk & Controls standards.
  • Create demos, quick-start guides, and training to support adoption by servicing teams, and share AI knowledge with the broader team.
