About The Position

Marketbridge is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead its AI-powered operating system, which is driving innovation across B2B Marketing. This role is for a product leader who understands the shift in product management due to AI, enabling rapid prototyping and deployment. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to compress the distance between insight and shipped product, moving at a fast pace with purpose.

Requirements

Years of traditional product management experience, including finding the real problem, pulling through solutions/features, sequencing roadmaps, and shipping products.
Demonstrated transition to AI-native product work with concrete evidence of using AI to accelerate the full product lifecycle and deliver results.
Hands-on building ability, including comfort prototyping, working spec-first, and moving from idea to working software quickly.
Fluency with a modern product stack including Claude, OpenAI, Notion, Figma, Monday, Product Requirement Docs, and spec-driven workflows.
Ability to integrate quickly into an existing working process and drive continuous improvement.
12 to 15 years or more of experience across product management, data, analytics, digital transformation, or marketing technology leadership.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, and other AI tools and platforms.
Proven experience leading AI initiatives tied to predictive marketing, business intelligence, customer analytics, or enterprise marketing transformation.
A strong understanding of how AI is reshaping media strategy and optimization, creative automation and personalization, commerce and customer journey performance, and marketing analytics and business intelligence.
A demonstrated ability to bridge technical AI concepts with executive-level business strategy.
Experience supporting enterprise solution architecture and change management.
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience building complex products for service-driven companies.
Leadership experience at an agency, consultancy, or other service-driven company where product and services reinforce each other.
Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems, martech, revops and adtech platforms, cloud-based environments (AWS / Databricks), and analytics frameworks.

Responsibilities

Drive the product vision and roadmap for the company-wide operating system and sequence the priorities that everything else depends on.
Lead product across three fronts: the data and analytics layer, the skills, agent and context layer, agentic operations, and the solutions supporting agency services.
Write and manage product requirements and specs, build and manage prototyping, manage end-to-end testing, and gather ground truths for downstream work.
Move with speed and purpose to compress the distance between an idea and a shipped product.
Establish guardrails for data handling, security, evaluations, orchestration, transparency, user experience, and responsible AI use, and evaluate vendors and platforms for scalability and interoperability.
Build connective tissue across strategy, analytics, engineering, and agency teams so the platform serves the whole business and clients.
Do the work, not just direct it, blurring the lines between product manager, project manager, and builder.
Prototype ideas that can be quickly translated into features or functionality and deployed into production.
