Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related field
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in analyst or associate positions within the financial services industry.
  • Two (2) years of experience with: Communicating details around fund products and strategies including portfolio and investment level information to internal and external counterparties
  • Two (2) years of experience with: Developing marketing and materials such as pitchbooks, conference materials, due diligence questionnaires
  • Two (2) years of experience with: Assisting with fundraising and ongoing client service by facilitating the investment and operational due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with fundraising efforts and ongoing client service through facilitating the investment and operational due diligence processes for each of Blue Owl's managed products.
  • Developing marketing and materials such as pitchbooks, conference materials, due diligence questionnaires ("DDQs"), data-centric portfolio analysis, and others.
  • Becoming familiar with and able to communicate details around fund products and strategies including portfolio and investment level information.
  • Understanding Operational functions across the firm, including internal processes and policies across functions and geographies.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to execute inbound investment and operational-related client deliverables in a timely fashion.
  • Assisting with strategic initiatives to support and grow Blue Owl’s private wealth business, including preparing quarterly fund earnings presentations, aiding in new product development, and liaising with corporate development, investor relations, and investment teams on various ad-hoc projects.
  • Preparing ad hoc competitive, market and other analyses that underscore the firm's value proposition to current and prospective investors.
  • Maintaining library of standard RFP responses through automated online repository.
