The Vice President, People Services reports to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and leads the enterprise People Services function, including the HR Advisor, HR Project Management Office (HR PMO), and HR Service Center teams. This leader is accountable for scalable HR service delivery, operational excellence, consistent team member and leader support, and disciplined execution of enterprise HR priorities. The VP will advance an AI-enabled People Services strategy by using automation, analytics, workflow tools, knowledge management, and responsible emerging technologies to improve service quality, reduce manual work, strengthen decision-making, and enhance the stakeholder experience. As a senior HR leader, the VP will partner across HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business leadership to align service delivery, project execution, and advisory support with business strategy. Beyond operational delivery, the VP will foster a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset across the HR function — convening cross-disciplinary teams to rapidly diagnose business problems and design integrated solutions that go beyond any single domain. Success requires executive presence, enterprise mindset, operational discipline, stakeholder partnership, technology fluency, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and lead through complexity.
