About The Position

The Vice President of Operations develops strategy for and oversees the clinical operations of the organization’s varied service lines, focusing on maximizing patient access and revenue streams. This role is responsible for implementing business plans and programmatic expansion, and for ensuring efficient, safe, value-based care that meets regulatory requirements and promotes a positive patient experience. The role supports TrueCare’s mission to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone and offers the opportunity to provide meaningful community care, coach and develop staff, and work with a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or professional experience.
• At least 10 years of operational experience in a healthcare organization.
• At least 5 years of management experience in a healthcare organization.
• Knowledge and experience assessing market opportunities, developing business plans, and implementing programs to respond to those opportunities.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of internal and external Standards of Conduct and legal regulatory requirements.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
