We are seeking a strategic and transformational Vice President of Talent, Transformation & Technology to help build and modernize Patriot's People function. This executive leadership role is responsible for leading Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Compensation, Job Architecture, HR Technology, and HR Analytics while driving enterprise-wide initiatives that improve how HR attracts talent, develops employees, leverages technology, and measures business impact. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in organizational transformation, compensation strategy, HR technology, and data-driven decision making. This position plays a critical role in shaping Patriot's long-term people strategy, strengthening organizational capabilities, and supporting the company's continued growth.
