Requirements

  • Proven CPG sales leadership experience (supplements, nutraceuticals, food/beverage, or consumer health)
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue across retail, wholesale, and/or DTC
  • Experience managing broker networks and distributor relationships
  • Track record with measurable performance (revenue targets, growth rates, territory size)
  • Deep understanding of retail dynamics, pricing, and margins
  • Strong identity as a sales leader with a focus on results

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in supplements or nutraceuticals
  • Existing relationships with key retail partners
  • Experience scaling brands through broker networks
  • Familiarity with Shopify or DTC environments
  • National or multi-regional sales leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive total supplement revenue growth across all sales channels
  • Own and deliver on total revenue targets across retail, wholesale, and DTC channels
  • Drive consistent year-over-year sales growth and performance
  • Expand distribution across national retailers, natural products channels, and independent stores
  • Open new accounts while deepening and expanding existing relationships
  • Build, manage, and activate broker and distributor networks
  • Drive DTC revenue in partnership with performance marketing teams
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting with accountability
  • Execute quickly to close deals and increase product velocity
