About The Position

NTP Events, a leader in producing high-impact trade shows and events, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale its sales organization during a period of strategic growth. This executive will own revenue performance across all events, drive expansion of NTP’s proprietary event portfolio, and build a high-performance sales culture across the organization. This role requires a hands-on sales leader with deep experience in revenue strategy, team development, and complex B2B sales environments, ideally within events, media, or sponsorship-driven industries. At NTP Events, you’ll have the opportunity to lead revenue strategy and directly influence the growth of a diverse events portfolio. Requirements

  • 8+ years of senior-level sales leadership experience with significant revenue ownership
  • Proven success scaling sales teams and driving sustained growth
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and operational discipline
  • Track record of closing complex B2B sales and managing strategic accounts
  • Highly competitive, accountable, and results-oriented leadership style
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide sales strategy and execution to deliver consistent revenue growth
  • Build, manage, and mentor a multi-level sales team
  • Drive growth of proprietary events and support new event launches
  • Maintain select strategic accounts and personally close key opportunities
  • Oversee CRM strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Develop sales plans, quotas, compensation structures, and incentive programs
  • Partner with executive leadership on profitability, staffing, and long-term strategy
  • Represent the company at key industry and client engagements
