The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive consistent, profitable growth. This is a highly hands-on leadership role. The VP of Sales will be physically present in the office and deeply embedded in the daily performance of the sales organization — reviewing calls, refining scripts, analyzing performance data, coaching managers, and elevating frontline execution — while simultaneously shaping strategy, structure, and growth initiatives. This leader must be both a dynamic operator and a strategic architect.
