About The Position

Our Sales Team plays a critical role in helping us achieve our mission and changing our clients’ lives. The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive consistent, profitable growth. This is a highly hands-on leadership role. The VP of Sales will be physically present in the office and deeply embedded in the daily performance of the sales organization — reviewing calls, refining scripts, analyzing performance data, coaching managers, and elevating frontline execution — while simultaneously shaping strategy, structure, and growth initiatives. This leader must be both a dynamic operator and a strategic architect.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior-level role. Proven track record in high-volume B2C inside sales environment. Call center leadership experience is required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills; proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Attributes: High sense of accountability, urgency, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of debt relief, financial services, consumer finance or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Define and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed aggressive company revenue targets.
  • Performance Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to drive sales efficiency, improve client enrollment metrics, and optimize sales funnels.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage large teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on empathy, professionalism, and results.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement technology-driven solutions, including Salesforce, to streamline sales processes, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and enhance the client experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Data/Analytics, and Client Services departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
