About The Position

Daily Wire is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and oversee the advertising sales team, driving revenue growth, seller performance, and disciplined execution of the company’s ad sales strategy. Reporting to the EVP of Ad Sales, this role sets clear priorities, develops and manages sellers, and ensures consistent execution against revenue targets across Podcast, YouTube, Editorial Web, and Email platforms. The VP of Sales plays a key leadership role in aligning daily sales activity with broader strategic goals while fostering a high-performance, accountable, results-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proven senior leadership experience overseeing sales organizations and driving revenue performance
  • Established C-level relationships across podcast and/or digital agencies and key direct clients
  • Strong understanding of advertising sales models, deal structures, and commercial strategy
  • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, revenue planning, and performance management
  • Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of building high-performing, accountable sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of the advertising sales strategy in partnership with the EVP of Ad Sales, translating revenue goals into clear priorities and performance expectations
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across accounts, categories, and platforms
  • Manage, coach, and develop sellers to ensure accountability, strong KPI performance, and consistent achievement of revenue targets
  • Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined sales process execution
  • Provide senior-level guidance on complex and high-value deals, including pricing, packaging, and negotiations
  • Deliver regular executive reporting and revenue updates with clear visibility into performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Content, and Sales Operations to align inventory, campaigns, and revenue strategy
  • Maintain key advertiser and agency relationships while representing the company at major industry events and in the marketplace
