This position ensures that the Sales department is structured, staffed, and equipped to meet revenue goals and development objectives. The Vice President of Sales serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic counsel on market competitiveness, customer acquisition, and overall sales organizational growth. The role requires expert knowledge of consumer broadband industry dynamics, advanced sales leadership, and the ability to influence diverse business units. An elevated level of creativity, strategic thinking, analytical capability, and executive judgment is required. The position requires a servant leader, comfortable working at all levels of the department. Additional consideration may be given to a candidate with marketing experience.
