This highly visible executive role oversees multi‑state sales operations and enterprise growth initiatives, with direct accountability for regional strategy, performance, and results. You will own the Northeast sales strategy and execution, driving sustainable revenue growth while building and inspiring a high‑performing sales organization. As a strategic partner to operational and executive leaders, you will align regional objectives with enterprise strategy and champion the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation and its affiliated entities.
