Requirements

  • BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on the manufacturing and equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
