This executive leadership role is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. The successful candidate will be expected to relocate to the Louisville area and work closely with the executive leadership team from the company's headquarters. The purpose of this role is to lead and drive the company's national sales efforts and marketing strategy with a focus on revenue growth, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will directly oversee the Sales and Marketing for the organization, managing teams responsible for national accounts, strategic partnerships, ecommerce, and communications. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for the success of the company’s sales strategies and marketing initiatives across all platforms and channels. Reporting directly to the CCO, this leader will drive high-level strategic planning, market expansion, customer engagement, brand development, and alignment with organizational growth goals.
