Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive revenue management experience within hospitality, including multi-property or corporate leadership roles.
  • Proven experience working directly with hotel ownership groups and asset managers.
  • Deep knowledge of major hotel brands, revenue systems, and distribution channels. – Hilton, Marriott, IHG preferred
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize data into executive-level insights.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in financial systems, BI tools, and other relative data sources

Responsibilities

  • Continually train and develop Hotel/Regional Directors of Revenue Management to perform at a higher level.
  • Plan effectively within the revenue management function and integrate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
  • Ensure that the Senior Leadership Team is kept up to date on accurate revenue forecasting and pricing strategies, as well as product and promotion performance.
  • Serve as the primary revenue management representative to hotel owners, asset managers, and investment partners. Deliver clear, insightful, and actionable performance reporting, including: Monthly and quarterly revenue reviews, Forecast accuracy and variance analysis, Market share, index performance, and demand trends
  • Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives such as repositioning, renovations, brand changes, and market entry strategies.
  • Lead commercial performance reviews with team members on a recurring basis.
  • Maximize room revenue, profit and market share associated with rooms across assigned region.
  • Ensure compliance with brand revenue management standards while balancing ownership objectives.
  • Manage the processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, and opportunity analysis in addition to inventory management.
  • Identifies future market trends and hotel opportunities and effectively communicates through reports and updates.
  • Coordinates and participates in Revenue Management meetings.
  • Ensure data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and consistent reporting standards
  • Continuous analysis of competitive sets, pricing positions, market conditions, seasonality and mix.
  • Define action plan if planned financial targets are not met.
  • Use all Yield Management and reporting tools available to maximize efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards as well as SHG standards and procedures.
  • Utilize systems and resources including One Yield, MRDW, HPP, CI/TY, GRO and R&I.
  • Participation in corporate trainings and conferences
  • Travel regularly to the hotels.
