About The Position

This is a Vice President of Operations role for a rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) group with 300 stores, headquartered in Indianapolis. The company plans to double in size in the next 2-3 years. The VP will be responsible for the total operations and P&L of 30-50 restaurants, including financial performance, staff management, and adherence to operating standards to ensure overall restaurant success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Director of Operations or VP experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept required.
• Hands-on coaches who are not afraid to get in the trenches.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development.
• Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for total operations/P&L of 30-50 restaurants.
• Oversee all aspects of financial performance.
• Manage staff.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards.
• Optimize profits and ensure success through budget management and cost controls.
• Identify opportunity areas and create plans for action.

• Base salary: $175k–$200k
