The Vice President of Operations will lead all operational areas including Safety, Environmental, Quality Systems, Facilities, Maintenance and Engineering, and Manufacturing. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across all operational areas using agreed performance metrics, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations through strong manufacturing practices and quality standards, and improving products, processes, and procedures while optimizing the use of human resources. The VP of Operations will achieve financial objectives by developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing plant assets. This position will oversee material movement, storage, purchasing systems, and inventory control, as well as recruit, coach, and develop operations leadership to drive performance and accountability. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures, reports non-conforming materials and process deviations into the Non-Conformance Management System, and contributes as a member of the senior management team by aligning cross-functional objectives and supporting strategic initiatives.
