Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, systems implementation, engineering, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years of management experience leading cross-functional teams and large organizational initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based applications, project management platforms, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems, Order Management Systems, automation technologies, industrial engineering principles, and supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale implementation, transformation, and systems deployment programs across multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across diverse functional disciplines.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence complex organizations and drive operational and technological change.
  • Experience managing departmental budgets, resource planning, financial analysis, and capital planning activities.
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies with a demonstrated ability to manage large portfolios of strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business, operational, technical, and financial information to support executive decision making.
  • Excellent planning, organization, collaboration, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively engage executive leadership, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement standardized processes, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Graduate degree or an equivalent combination of work experience and undergraduate education.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) implementations, preferably with Manhattan Active WM and OM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the North America Contract Logistics Implementation organization, including direct leadership of the Implementation Project Management Teams, Industrial and Automation Engineering Department, Reporting and Systems Configuration Department, and Implementation and Start Up Training function.
  • Lead the successful deployment of the Contract Logistics NEXTGEN solution across North America, including the transition and implementation of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM) and Order Management (OM) platforms, standardized operating processes, reporting solutions, and supporting technologies.
  • Establish and manage the annual operating budget for the Implementation organization, ensuring effective allocation of resources, disciplined cost management, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Make "People Development" a priority in daily leadership responsibilities. Execute and drive CEVA's People Performance Management processes, identify future leaders, and ensure robust succession and development plans are established and actively managed.
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence, innovation, collaboration, and accountability while supporting CEVA's Vision and Mission of Unity, Excellence, and Growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of implementation strategies that deliver consistent, repeatable, and scalable project outcomes while supporting the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee the Industrial and Automation Engineering function, ensuring optimal facility design, material handling solutions, automation integration, and operational readiness for new implementations and expansions.
  • Direct the Reporting and Systems Configuration Department to ensure standardized system configurations, reporting capabilities, testing methodologies, and governance processes are deployed consistently across all implementations.
  • Provide executive sponsorship and oversight for implementation project portfolios, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within approved budgets, and in accordance with customer requirements and contractual commitments.
  • Lead the Implementation and Start Up Training organization, ensuring standardized training programs, certification processes, and knowledge transfer activities are effectively executed to support operational readiness and long-term success.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives by reviewing implementation performance metrics and driving actions designed to eliminate waste, improve quality, reduce service failures, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the Solution Development Process (SDP) for new business opportunities by providing implementation strategies, systems design guidance, engineering expertise, and resource planning.
  • Provide daily guidance, leadership, and support to implementation teams regarding project execution, systems deployment, engineering solutions, resource planning, communication, and process standardization.
  • Oversee the planning and deployment of the appropriate resources, including staffing, training, engineering, equipment, technology, and systems required to support implementation and business growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Information Technology, Commercial, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, and external partners to ensure seamless transition from project implementation to operational execution.
  • Serve as a visible leader in promoting CEVA's core values of Excellence, Exemplarity, Imagination, and Boldness.
  • Participate in executive customer governance meetings, Sales presentaions, and strategic planning sessions as required.
  • Achieve organizational objectives related to implementation delivery, project execution, budget performance, quality, safety, training, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, systems deployment, and operational readiness.
