About The Position

As the VP / Sr. Director of New Customer Growth & Social Commerce (reporting to the CGO), you will lead Beam’s growth engine into a new era of innovation and scale. You will be the architect of a system that merges traditional performance excellence with the exploding world of social commerce. This role is built for a "player-coach" who is obsessed with growth—not just by looking at CAC, but by evolving our measurement into a robust balance of incrementality and halo effects to understand how D2C spend drives growth across Amazon and other marketplaces. You will lead a high-performing team to scale channels from six-figure test budgets to $1M+ monthly powerhouses, ensuring Beam remains at the forefront of the collapsing line between community and commerce.

Requirements

  • The Scaler: Proven track record of driving a D2C brand past the $100M mark with complex omni-channel distribution strategies.
  • The Architect: A first-principles thinker who has successfully scaled multiple channels from sub $250k monthly budgets to $1M+ per channel.
  • The Analytical Expert: Deeply familiar with attribution models, marginal ROI, and MMM. You know exactly when and how to deploy incrementality testing to make real-time investment decisions.
  • The Talent Magnet: 8–10 years of experience in growth marketing, with 3+ years of excellence in recruiting and developing world-class teams.
  • The Growth Visionary: You are consistently at the forefront of leveraging AI and new tooling to optimize processes and remove bottlenecks.
  • The Player-Coach: You possess the executive presence to influence the P&L at the enterprise level, but you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to conduct a performance deep-dive or refine creative strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Growth Vision: Oversee the DTC performance of Beam’s rapidly growing business, maximizing sustainable results across Paid Digital, Influencer, TikTok Commerce, Search, Podcasts, TV/CTV, and Affiliate.
  • Master Omni-Channel Measurement: Drive sales through effective distribution frameworks while deepening the organization's understanding of how to balance marginal returns and D2C-to-marketplace "halo" impacts.
  • Innovate Social Commerce: Architect the strategy for TikTok Shop and creator-led performance, turning emerging social channels into durable growth engines.
  • Drive Creative Strategy: Derive impactful insights from high-velocity performance creative testing and leverage them to continuously improve efficacy across the full funnel.
  • Operationalize AI & Tooling: Identify and deploy the best ways to leverage AI throughout Growth Marketing to drive speed, accountability, and scale.
  • Collaborate at the Enterprise Level: Act as a strategic partner to Creative, Data, Finance, and Product to ensure growth efforts align with broader business objectives and long-term demand creation.
