About The Position

The Vice President of Growth Marketing & Adoption is a senior marketing executive responsible for accelerating PetScreening's growth by leading the company's integrated growth marketing organization. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this leader oversees Growth Marketing and Product Marketing, with a primary focus on driving new customer demand, increasing property conversions, and expanding high-quality unit growth, ensuring marketing efforts support customer activation, adoption, engagement, and long-term customer value through coordinated marketing initiatives and communications. Success in this role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for building scalable growth marketing programs that deliver sustainable business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Revenue Marketing, or Commercial Strategy.
• 5+ years leading high-performing marketing organizations within SaaS, technology, or other high-growth businesses.
• Demonstrated success building integrated growth programs spanning demand generation, lifecycle marketing, customer adoption, and revenue performance.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, paid media, account-based marketing, marketing automation, website optimization, SEO, and marketing analytics.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot/Marketo), AI tools, and advertising and media platforms.
• Experience in B2B PropTech, SaaS, marketplace, InsurTech, FinTech, or other technology businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's demand generation strategy across digital marketing, paid media, account-based marketing, partner marketing, email marketing, website optimization, SEO, AI search optimization, and emerging growth channels.
• Continuously optimize marketing programs to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, marketing efficiency, and return on investment while building a diversified growth engine.
• Promote a data-driven marketing organization with clear performance metrics, forecasting, attribution models, and executive reporting.
• Monitor customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, marketing contribution to revenue, adoption metrics, and overall funnel performance to guide investment decisions and continuous optimization.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer, and Sales to ensure marketing investments are measurable, scalable, and directly aligned to company growth objectives.
• Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and Resident Experience to support product launches, customer communications, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Provide marketing expertise, messaging, and campaign support that strengthens the customer experience, reinforces the PetScreening brand, and helps drive awareness of platform capabilities and new offerings.
• Lead the company's B2B account-based marketing (ABM) strategy to drive engagement with strategic accounts, strengthen relationships with asset owners and enterprise customers, and align closely with Sales and Customer Organizations on target account planning, pipeline development, portfolio expansion, and new and existing customer unit growth.
• Develop and execute PetScreening's growth marketing strategy to drive demand generation, customer acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Lead and optimize integrated marketing programs, including digital marketing, ABM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and customer communications.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness, customer growth, and return on investment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership to achieve business objectives.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization while managing budgets, technology, and external partners.
