Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of direct marketing, catalog and print marketing experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proven success negotiating vendor contracts, managing large marketing investments and improving operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading large-scale catalog, programs in a retail, eCommerce and direct-mail publishing or direct-to-consumer environment.
• Advanced expertise in customer analytics, segmentation and database marketing.

Responsibilities

• Direct Uline’s large-scale catalog and print marketing strategy, driving customer growth, retention and engagement across 45,000+ products.
• Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels, using customer insights to reach the right audiences and strengthen customer relationships.
• Measure campaign performance and ROI, using data and response tracking to optimize marketing investments and identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting and operations.
• Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchanditing, Sales and Finance to align marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ in annual investment.
