Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
15+ years of direct marketing, catalog and print marketing experience.
10+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
Proven success negotiating vendor contracts, managing large marketing investments and improving operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

MBA preferred.
Experience leading large-scale catalog, programs in a retail, eCommerce and direct-mail publishing or direct-to-consumer environment.
Advanced expertise in customer analytics, segmentation and database marketing.

Responsibilities

Direct Uline’s large-scale catalog and print marketing strategy, driving customer growth, retention and engagement across 45,000+ products.
Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels, using customer insights to reach the right audiences and strengthen customer relationships.
Measure campaign performance and ROI, using data and response tracking to optimize marketing investments and identify opportunities for growth.
Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting and operations.
Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchandining, Sales and Finance to align marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ in annual investment.
