The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for leading the overarching marketing strategy and execution at Leadership Connect. This role is central to our mission of providing high-quality people intelligence to the public sector and government affairs landscape. The VP of Marketing will oversee the development of the brand, lead demand generation efforts, and ensure that our market positioning effectively communicates our value proposition to policy and government relations professionals. The primary impact of this role will be the establishment of a scalable, data-driven marketing engine that supports ARR growth and market expansion. By providing strategic counsel to a senior leadership team and managing our marketing technology infrastructure, the VP of Marketing will ensure that our outreach is both efficient and aligned with our long-term business objectives.
